The Opportunity: Senior Manager - Financial Analysis & Modeling

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Financial Analysis & Modeling to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is central to leading the development, maintenance, and governance of financial models across a diverse portfolio of strategic development projects. The position drives comprehensive investment analysis, supports critical business planning, evaluates strategic opportunities, and provides essential decision-making insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), project finance, and scenario analysis models.
• Lead project feasibility studies and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Analyze project and portfolio performance, including metrics such as Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Return on Equity (ROE), cash flow, and profitability.
• Prepare business plans, financial forecasts, and strategic recommendations for management and investment committees.
• Conduct sensitivity and 'what-if' analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Challenge commercial and financial assumptions across development projects.
• Prepare executive reports, investment memos, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling, reporting, and analytical processes.

Required Professional Experience

Candidates must possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis and modeling. This role requires a highly analytical professional with a proven track record in leading complex financial assessments within a project-driven environment.

Essential Expertise and Analytical Skills

The successful candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and feasibility assessment. Proficiency in scenario planning and portfolio performance analysis is also essential to excel in this position.
