About the Role

OVI is searching on behalf of its client in Riyadh for a Senior Manager Treasury ALM. This contract position is with OVI's client, not OVI directly. The role involves serving as the second-in-command to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), focusing on quality assurance and challenging internal teams.

Role Context and Reporting

As Senior Manager Treasury ALM, you will report directly to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and function as the second-in-command within the department. Your primary objective will be to provide oversight and ensure the quality of work produced by internal teams, particularly the Treasury team, while also engaging with operations, liquidity, and Asset Liability Management (ALM) functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the second line of defence, liaising between the Head of ERM and various teams.
• Perform Technical Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure high standards.
• Challenge results, people, and data to maintain integrity.
• Serve as a control function within the Risk department against senior Treasury stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong technical skills in Treasury and ALM domains.
• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in ICAAP is considered an additional advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.

Contract Terms and Work Environment

This is a 6-month contract role, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. The position offers an opportunity to work closely with senior management within a challenging environment. A competitive remuneration package will be provided.
