About the Role

Aroma City Group is seeking a highly experienced Group Treasury Manager for a contracting role in Riyadh. This position requires strategic oversight of the group's liquidity, funding, and financial risk management within a demanding contracting environment. The successful candidate will manage banking relationships, optimize working capital, and ensure the financial health of all business entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage long-term cash flow forecasting to ensure optimal liquidity across project portfolios.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with financial institutions to secure competitive corporate facilities.
• Manage trade finance operations, including structuring Letters of Credit (LCs) and Letters of Guarantee (LGs) for large contracting projects.
• Design and implement risk management frameworks to mitigate foreign exchange (FX), interest rate, and commodity price volatilities.
• Advise the executive team on optimal capital structures, facility distribution, and working capital optimization.
• Ensure treasury activities comply with international financial reporting standards, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.
• Provide comprehensive treasury performance analytics, risk assessments, and debt visibility metrics to the Group CFO.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Finance or Accounting.
• Over 15 years of extensive financial experience, with a proven background as a Treasury Manager or Director in large corporate settings.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is required.

Work Details and Requirements

This is a full-time, contracting position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must currently be located within KSA. The role operates on a 5-day work week. Immediate availability or a joining timeline of within 30 days is expected. The compensation offered is a high market rate, reflecting a competitive executive package.
