This full-time Senior Product Manager role, based in Riyadh, focuses on Foodics Capital. Foodics Capital is an exclusive offering that provides Foodics customers with seamless access to capital through Point-of-Sale (PoS) Financing. It empowers businesses to finance operational expenses and drive growth, influencing access to capital for thousands of restaurants and stores across the Middle East.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager for Foodics Capital, you will drive the short and long-term direction of this core product offering. This involves balancing immediate business and customer needs with progress towards a long-term vision. You will contribute to the product vision, strategy, and execution.

Key responsibilities include enhancing the product with features informed by data, analytical tools, customer requests, insights, and business needs, always aiming for proactive development. You will maintain the roadmap for your assigned product area, covering planning, feature prioritization, and execution. Effective communication and coordination with other Foodics Financial Services Product members, other company Product members, and various departments regarding the assigned product area are integral to this role.

Key Duties

• Contribute to quarterly planning cycles, taking ownership of product scope metrics and KPIs to ensure ongoing improvements and success.
• Lead the development and execution of your product scope roadmap, aligning it with the overall product vision.
• Collaborate with engineers and UX designers to translate high-level goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Define success metrics, plan feature development, prioritize tasks, and oversee execution to deliver impactful results.
• Work closely with engineering, design, data science, legal, marketing, and sales to develop and grow innovative features that meet customer needs.
• Foster trust with your team, stakeholders, and leadership through proactive and transparent communication.
• Leverage both quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities and refine the product experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of product management experience in fast-growth, agile product environments, with involvement in several successful launches.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in developing customer-facing products.
• Experience in creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving product vision, working with product marketing in defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions with UX designers.
• Familiarity with hypothesis-driven product development.
• Ability to obtain necessary data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Fluent in English.
