About Zoomlion Saudi Arabia and the Role

Zoomlion Saudi Arabia is seeking a Service Engineer Foundation Construction Machinery to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to supporting the company's operations and ensuring the optimal performance of heavy machinery for its customer base in the region.

Role Overview and Experience

The Service Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance, inspection, and repair of various foundation construction equipment. This role is suited for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to apply and develop technical expertise in a dynamic environment focused on heavy machinery service and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on foundation construction equipment, including rotary drilling rigs, diaphragm wall machinery, and hydraulic pile-driving rigs.
Manage new machine delivery, conduct after-sales inspections, and execute necessary repairs.
Provide technical support to customers, both on-site and remotely, to efficiently resolve equipment issues.
Conduct regular customer visits for equipment inspections, and oversee the acceptance and maintenance of newly delivered machinery.
Ensure timely availability of spare parts, implement parts sales plans, and contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives.
Analyze and diagnose mechanical and technical problems, perform repairs, and replace faulty components as required.
Support the implementation of product upgrades, technical modifications, and improvement programs.
Submit accurate service reports promptly and coordinate effectively with engineering and sales teams in China.

Essential Requirements

Possession of a valid KSA driver’s license is mandatory for this position.

Work Setting

This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position involves a combination of workshop-based tasks, on-site field work, and remote technical assistance, requiring travel within the region as needed to support customer operations.
