About the Role

Atlas Copco is seeking a Field Service Engineer / Technician for a full-time position based in Al Jubail. This role is central to ensuring the reliable and safe performance of customer equipment through skilled on-site service and technical support.

Role Context and Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to apply technical expertise to repair, maintain, and support the technology critical to our customers' operations. Through this work, the Field Service Engineer / Technician directly contributes to securing the necessary uptime and performance for customers to operate confidently. This role is an integral part of the Customer Center Service team and reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct planned and ad hoc site visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems.
  • Diagnose equipment issues proactively to prevent downtime.
  • Perform installations of equipment as required.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and standards during service operations.
  • Document all service activities, findings, and recommendations accurately.
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, providing service recommendations and addressing their needs promptly.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of relevant experience in a field service or technical support role.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical or electrical systems.
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Effective communication skills for customer interaction and documentation.
