The Opportunity: Site Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for driving successful project execution on the ground, ensuring that construction activities progress efficiently and align with broader project objectives. The position is well-suited for a leader capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders, maintaining high operational standards, and supporting delivery excellence within fast-moving construction environments.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders across all site activities.
• Monitor site progress against established project milestones and track overall performance.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues and risks promptly to maintain construction efficiency.
• Enforce all health, safety, and environmental regulations, alongside promoting safe work practices.
• Prepare comprehensive site reports and communicate project status clearly to management.
• Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of all assigned projects.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proven experience of 5-10 years in site management or a similar capacity.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating effectively with contractors and consultants.
• A track record of working successfully with internal project teams.
• Proficiency in reporting site status and progress to senior management.

Work Setting
