About the Spa Attendant Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a dedicated Spa Attendant to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to ensuring a welcoming and pristine spa environment for all guests, contributing directly to their overall experience.

Role Purpose

The Spa Attendant plays a crucial role in upholding the standards of hospitality by maintaining a clean, relaxing, and well-managed spa facility. This position focuses on delivering memorable experiences through attentive service and efficient operational support, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, promptly responding to requests and resolving issues efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all spa areas, including locker rooms, treatment spaces, and equipment, in compliance with health and safety standards.
Monitor and restock spa supplies such as towels, refreshments, and other amenities as required.
Observe spa activity and report any concerns to ensure a safe and relaxing environment for all users.
Process guest payments accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling cash transactions, processing credit/debit cards, issuing change, and redeeming gift certificates.
Provide general support to the spa team and perform additional duties as needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
