About the Role

Saudi Airlines Catering Company is seeking a Specialist, Catering & Facilities Operations to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to managing and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data within our operational systems. The Specialist will perform meticulous data entry, verification, and reporting, while ensuring the confidentiality of all information processed.

Core Responsibilities

The primary duties of this position involve precise data handling and validation to support various operational functions. Key responsibilities include:

• Inserting customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within specified time limits.
• Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for different system entries.
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking output for accuracy.
• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries to ensure their accuracy and completeness.

Data Reporting and Management

This role encompasses comprehensive data management tasks, from generation to storage and retrieval. Specific duties include:

• Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations regularly.
• Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents to ensure data completeness.
• Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files as required.
• Collecting and digitizing various data types such as invoices, cancelled bills, client information, and financial statements.
• Maintaining a detailed and organized storage system to ensure data entries are complete and accurate.
• Keeping a meticulous record of hard copy data, including invoices, inventory checklists, and other financial documents.

Ensuring Data Integrity and Confidentiality

A critical aspect of this position is upholding the highest standards of data security and accuracy. The Specialist will:

• Keep all information confidential, adhering strictly to privacy protocols.
• Comply with all established data integrity and security policies.
• Attend to data queries and report any major data errors to management promptly.
• Address data inconsistencies by collaborating with administrative staff to locate missing data and resolve discrepancies.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should demonstrate a strong understanding of data management principles and possess keen attention to detail. The following experience is required:

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant data management or operations support role.
