Role Overview

The Specialist in Dental Implantology and Oral Surgery will conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients. This position involves performing various surgical interventions and managing all aspects of patient interaction from consultation through post-operative care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Carry out surgical procedures including dental implant placement, bone grafting, extractions, and other oral surgery interventions.
• Manage patient consultations, explain treatment options clearly, and obtain informed consent.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care to ensure patient recovery and address any complications.
• Collaborate with general dentists and other dental professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation for all patient cases.
• Adhere to evidence-based protocols and stringent infection control standards.
• Participate in case discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical workflows and patient experience.
