About the Role

alfanar Group is seeking a SR. Business Planning Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for establishing, developing, aligning, and executing annual business plans for the respective unit. The role involves managing committees, facilitating meetings, and tracking performance through dashboards and reporting, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up on actions to support informed decision-making and successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual business planning activities to ensure alignment with technical and operational objectives.
• Translate business goals into detailed, actionable initiatives with defined priorities, responsibilities, and timelines across various functions.
• Support the review of sales, resource, and financial budgets, ensuring consistency with overall business plans through data analysis and validation.
• Contribute to business plan sessions by preparing relevant materials and ensuring alignment across technical and non-technical areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set and monitor challenging performance indicators, providing analysis to track progress against set targets.
• Monitor and report on annual plan timelines, milestones, and accuracy, providing insights and flagging any deviations to ensure successful plan outcomes.
• Support business plans by identifying potential issues, providing solutions, and mitigating risks to guarantee plan success.
