About the Role

Rotana Hotels is seeking a Stewarding Shift Leader to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing and coordinating the activities of kitchen stewards to maintain a clean and organized work environment within our establishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of kitchen stewards during shifts.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Train new stewards on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage schedules and assign tasks to stewards.
• Handle any issues or conflicts within the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
