The Role of Sr. Site Engineer

Saudi Constructioneers is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Site Engineer to join a project team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supervising site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and timelines, while maintaining effective coordination with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review technical drawings, method statements, and site-related documentation.
• Ensure work progress aligns with project schedules and quality requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
• Support project planning, reporting, and progress tracking activities.
• Prepare site reports and maintain proper project documentation.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in site engineering roles within the construction industry.
