The Role: Superstructure Engineer (Finishing)

As a Superstructure Engineer specializing in Finishing, you will be instrumental in the successful delivery of major construction projects in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on leading the critical finishing phase, where meticulous attention to detail, effective coordination, and high-quality execution are paramount to achieving project success. You will directly contribute to ensuring that all finishing works meet stringent specifications and client expectations, impacting final project quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all finishing works to ensure compliance with quality standards, project schedules, and technical specifications.
Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and various site teams involved in architectural and interior finishing activities.
Review technical drawings and proactively resolve any finishing-related technical issues that arise during project execution.
Monitor the approval process for finishing materials, conduct necessary inspections, and ensure readiness for project handover.
Verify that all finishing works adhere to established safety standards and consistently meet client expectations on site.

Required Qualifications

Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
Eligibility for local transfer within Saudi Arabia.

Experience Level

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of professional experience in a relevant engineering role, specifically within the finishing phase of construction projects.
