About the Tamheer - Hospital Delegate Services Role

Bupa Arabia is offering an internship opportunity for the Tamheer - Hospital Delegate Services program in Riyadh. This role focuses on ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism in interactions with healthcare providers and members.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service procedures as outlined in the manual to meet departmental standards.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Bupa Arabia's departments, hospital network, products, and services to accurately inform customers and address general queries.
• Competently handle customer complaints, taking all necessary actions to resolve issues to their satisfaction with minimal team leader intervention.
• Ensure hospitals comply with agreed-upon service standards and consistently deliver these standards to members.
• Verify that hospitals are utilizing Bupa Arabia's swipe card and fingerprint machines, in addition to the website and other linked technical services.
• Enter complaints into the complaints system tracer to facilitate preventive actions.
• Ensure the proper follow-up of any recovery plans for resolved issues.

Provider Relationship Management

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospital insurance directors.
• Conduct regular visits to frontline staff at the point of service to understand their concerns and gather feedback.
• Coordinate with provider relations on a recognition mechanism for healthcare providers.
• Contribute to strengthening the image of providers in front of customers, thereby enhancing the partnership framework.
