About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a VMware vRealize Automation Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The specialist will focus on overseeing and automating cloud infrastructure using VMware technologies, ensuring efficiency and performance.

Role Context

This role operates on an 8x5 schedule with on-call support. The specialist will be instrumental in the design, implementation, and support of vRealize Automation projects, assisting organizations in streamlining operations and enhancing IT resource management. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and managing the cloud automation platform with VMware vRealize Automation (vRA) to automate infrastructure provisioning, create a centralized service catalog, and integrate with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop vRealize Automation solutions to meet client requirements.
• Oversee and maintain vRealize Automation environments, including upgrades and patches.
• Utilize vRealize Automation to streamline the provisioning of virtual machines, containers, and applications, reducing manual intervention.
• Automate complex workflows and processes, such as application deployment, configuration management, and lifecycle management.
• Promote collaboration between development and operations teams by integrating vRA with DevOps tools and methodologies.
• Enhance infrastructure efficiency and automate IT service delivery using VMware tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish policies and procedures for automation.
• Diagnose issues related to VMware environments and provide effective solutions.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in VMware technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in VMware technologies, specifically vRealize Automation.
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and supporting vRealize Automation projects.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps tools.
