Join Our Team as an Inventory Control Supervisor!
At Abunayyan Holding, we are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to manage inventory operations for Ring Main Units (RMU), Overhead Switches, and medium-voltage electrical equipment. This pivotal role ensures material availability and high inventory accuracy while adhering to quality, safety, and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience:
A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field, along with 5–8 years of inventory control experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role is required. Experience with switchgear, RMU, or power distribution equipment is highly preferred.

This pivotal role ensures material availability and high inventory accuracy while adhering to quality, safety, and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory & Materials Control: Supervise the inventory of raw materials such as copper, aluminum, steel, and insulation materials.
- Supervision & Team Leadership: Oversee storekeepers and warehouse staff; assign tasks and monitor compliance with KPIs.
- Receiving, Storage & Issuing: Manage incoming materials and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Systems, Reporting & Accuracy: Maintain accurate inventory records and achieve inventory accuracy of ≥98%.
- Audits & Continuous Improvement: Conduct physical inventories and investigate discrepancies.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with production, planning, procurement, and engineering teams.
- Quality, Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with ISO standards and control non-conforming materials.
