Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and provide competitive information to management for informed decision-making.
- Develop a work plan for your territory ensuring a sufficient number of visits to target medical professionals.
- Propose promotional actions to increase market participation and customer service.
- Identify needs and areas of opportunity for improving medical visits according to local requirements.
- Ensure coverage values and units for your work route.
- Educate medical professionals on product usage, providing necessary medical literature and maintaining market share in your territory.
- Schedule and fulfill commitments to develop effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in sales meetings to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and company values.
- Maintain a healthy and productive client portfolio through quality visits.
- Cultivate good relationships with medical staff through sales visits and service offers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in medical visits and pharmacy sales.
- Valid medical sales license (APM).
- At least 2 years of experience in medical visits, preferably in ophthalmology.
- Willingness to travel.
