Responsibilities:
- Support line-related activities efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct manual tasks such as duplex packing and monitoring exit areas.
- Assist operators in running machines and maintenance of workspaces.
- Ensure that the machine achieves the required efficiency set by the department.
- Manage packers working under your supervision and maintain a clean working environment.
- Report health hazards to the immediate manager.
- Guarantee quality packets are always produced.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic communication skills.
- Good working attitude.
