Main Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing a high level of service.
• Offer guidance and advice on products, addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly.
• Make personalized recommendations based on customer visual needs, preferences, and purchasing power.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate products for their vision.
• Verify the quality of frames received from customers before sending them to the workshop.
• Review glasses upon arrival from the workshop to ensure accuracy.
• Check the suitability of lens execution on the selected frame to avoid optical errors.
• Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
