Purpose of the Role:
To lead content quality, establish a unified editorial direction, and oversee the content team to ensure consistency in messaging and excellence in all content deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the editorial framework and Tone of Voice guidelines, ensuring consistent implementation across all content.
• Review, edit, and approve content produced by the writing team before publication.
• Mentor, support, and develop content writers by providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Create high-impact and strategic content, including major campaigns, key messaging, and executive communications.
• Participate in campaign planning and develop editorial briefs for marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with design and video teams to ensure message consistency and integrated storytelling.
• Monitor content performance and continuously optimize content strategies based on insights and results.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Extensive experience in content writing, preferably with team leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and content refinement skills.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, with a track record of elevating team performance.
• Deep understanding of content strategy, marketing principles, and platform-specific content requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and writers simultaneously.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating content quality, creativity, and versatility across different formats and channels.
