💼 Job Opening: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic insights
  • Support executive decision-making with financial modeling
• Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with Zakat, tax laws, and IFRS standards
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities
• Cash Flow & Treasury Management
  • Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital
  • Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements
  • Oversee FX exposure and hedging strategies
• Cost Control & Efficiency
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities across departments
  • Implement internal controls and financial best practices
  • Lead initiatives to improve financial systems and processes
• Team Leadership
  • Supervise and mentor finance team members
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of experience in finance, with 3+ years in a managerial role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
• CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification highly desirable
• Proficiency in ERP systems (*, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia
