AlQasr Hotels and Resorts, a prominent company within the hospitality sector, is seeking dedicated professionals to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are currently recruiting for the full-time positions of Sales Manager / Sales Executive.

Role Summary

The Sales Manager / Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and contributing to the commercial success of AlQasr Hotels and Resorts. This role involves active engagement with the Saudi market to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base within the hospitality industry in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Saudi market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements effectively.
• Represent AlQasr Hotels and Resorts professionally in all sales interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of two years of experience in the Saudi market.
• Previous experience working in four or five-star hotels.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• High-level skills in communication.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation.
• Strong capabilities in relationship building.
