We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Supervisor-Housekeeping to ensure the highest quality of cleanliness and service in our luxurious hotel environment. You will oversee the housekeeping operations, ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a unique experience that aligns with our brand's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas post-cleaning to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate housekeeping functions with other departments such as Front Office and Laundry.
- Document and resolve any discrepancies regarding room status.
- Assist with hiring, training, and supervision of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure safety and security policies and procedures are followed, reporting any issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or related fields.
