Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction and visual identity for branding projects across various platforms and campaigns.
- Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality brand assets that resonate with diverse audiences and support business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and digital to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Oversee brand consistency and guidelines, ensuring high standards in all visual communications.
- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Manage multiple projects while delivering results within deadlines.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in branding, graphic design, or related roles.
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand design work.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Arabic is required; English is strongly preferred.
