Job Purpose
To design and deliver visually compelling graphics that align with the organization’s branding and communication goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to produce creative solutions for digital and print media, ensuring high-quality designs that meet project requirements and enhance the organization’s visual presence.

Key Accountability Areas

• Visual Design & Creativity: Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, and website content.
• Apply corporate identity guidelines to all projects, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
• Review all work before printing to ensure quality and accuracy.

Client Collaboration & Communication:
Meet with clients to discuss job objectives and requirements.

Branding & Implementation:
Implement designs or assign artworks for execution while ensuring adherence to branding standards.

Tools & Technology:
Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality work and stay updated with emerging trends in graphic design.

Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirement
Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Design, Photography or Any relevant field.
Work Experience: 2 to 4 Years.
