We are seeking a vigilant Lifeguard to ensure the utmost safety of swimmers at our facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in preventing accidents, enforcing pool regulations, and providing swift responses in emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor swimmers to ensure their safety and prevent accidents.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Respond quickly and effectively to any emergency situations.
- Provide first aid and CPR when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the pool area.
- Report any incidents or issues to the relevant authorities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lifeguard or in a similar role.
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water rescue techniques.
- Valid Lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid certification.
- Ability to stay alert and focused for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform rescues if needed.
