About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Logistics Supervisor to lead the Outbound Hail Warehouse team. This full-time position is based in Ash Shamli and Hail, requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The primary objective is to ensure all finished goods orders are picked and dispatched on time, adhering to standard operating procedures.

Role Purpose

The Senior Logistics Supervisor is responsible for the efficient and effective execution of all shift receipts and dispatch activities. This role also involves providing coverage for the Team Manager during their absence, ensuring continuous operational flow and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and lead the warehouse team to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate execution of all activities.
• Maximize warehouse space and facility utilization while maintaining adequate stock levels of warehouse consumables and operational materials.
• Ensure full compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies across all warehouse operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant logistics or warehouse supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.

This is a full-time position based in the Ash Shamli and Hail regions. The role operates within a dynamic warehouse environment, requiring hands-on supervision and leadership to maintain operational efficiency and safety standards.
