About the Innovation Consultant Role

Eram Talent is seeking an Innovation Consultant to join our team in Dhahran, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position focused on supporting and driving innovation initiatives across the organization. The role involves facilitating design thinking workshops, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative digital solutions and proof-of-concepts.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Innovation Consultant will play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation within Eram Talent. This position is central to translating business challenges into actionable, innovative solutions, contributing to the development of new digital capabilities and continuous organizational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead innovation and ideation workshops using design thinking methodologies.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify innovation opportunities.
Develop and validate digital proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions and support creative problem-solving.
Research market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business challenges into innovative solutions.
Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for leadership.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Strong understanding of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and innovation frameworks.
Experience facilitating workshops and managing innovation projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Level

Candidates should possess 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in innovation, consulting, or a related field. This role is suitable for individuals early in their career who demonstrate a strong aptitude for innovation and problem-solving.
