About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team in Dhahran, Eastern Region. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade business intelligence solutions.

Role Overview

The Power BI Developer will be responsible for creating interactive dashboards and analytical solutions to support business decision-making. The focus will be on KPI reporting, inventory analytics, and executive dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build and optimize KPI dashboards, inventory analytics solutions, and executive reporting dashboards.
• Develop complex calculations and business logic using DAX.
• Utilize Power Query for data extraction, transformation, and preparation.
• Design and implement scalable data models for reporting and analytics.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, integrating data from BigQuery and other enterprise sources.
• Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) for secure data access.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize report performance and data refresh processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to data governance standards.
• Support report deployment, maintenance, and enhancements across environments.
• Provide documentation, user training, and ongoing support for BI solutions.

Technical Requirements

• Must-Have Skills:
• 5-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Power BI development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, Google BigQuery, Data Modeling, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Experience developing enterprise-level dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI best practices.
• Proficiency in data integration, transformation, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with version control and collaborative development practices.
• Good-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Paginated Reports in Power BI Report Builder.
• Experience with Power BI Service administration (workspace management, gateways, deployment pipelines).
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and security practices.
• Experience integrating Python or R within Power BI.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for source control and release management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale analytics and reporting platforms.
