About the Role

Dhahran Techno Valley is seeking a Startup Success Manager to join its team in Dhahran, Eastern Province. This full-time role involves serving as the primary point of contact for startups within the program, ensuring they remain informed, engaged, and supported. The manager will proactively identify startup needs and connect them with appropriate internal or external resources.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with all portfolio startups, including onboarding, conducting regular check-ins, and performing quarterly health assessments.
Oversee program communications, such as announcements, newsletters, founder updates, and maintaining the internal knowledge base.
Maintain a live portfolio health dashboard that tracks engagement, satisfaction, and risk of dropout among startups.
Identify startup needs related to customers, funding, talent, or services, and coordinate handoffs to relevant internal teams (Demand Engine, Capital Access Manager) or external partners, while tracking follow-through.
Collect and communicate portfolio data and startup success stories to leadership.
Ensure high startup satisfaction and retention within the program.
Organize portfolio-wide community touchpoints, including founder meetups and peer-learning sessions.

Working Relationships

The Startup Success Manager will establish and maintain key relationships to facilitate startup growth and support:

Portfolio Startups: Serve as the primary relationship owner, coordinating support and capturing needs, progress, and feedback.
Demand Engine & Private Sector BD Manager: Route commercial needs and follow up on customer, pilot, and contract opportunities.
Investor Relations & Capital Access Manager: Route fundraising needs and align support for startups preparing to raise capital.
Startup Scouting & Pipeline Manager: Share portfolio outcomes, referrals, and alumni stories to support attraction and selection processes.
