About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated Teachers Assistant Healthcare to join our client's team in Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This contract position requires candidates with 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role is integral to supporting educators and enhancing the learning environment, focusing on fostering student engagement and contributing to a productive classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing effective lesson plans.
Support students in their learning activities, both individually and in groups.
Supervise students during class activities, recess, and transitions.
Prepare classroom materials and resources as directed by the teacher.
Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Uphold school policies and ensure a positive learning experience for all students.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred; a High School Diploma with relevant experience will also be considered.
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an educational support role.
