About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Cluster HR Operations Supervisor to join our team in Medina. This full-time position involves managing and coordinating all government-related affairs across multiple hotel properties within the cluster, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with local regulations.

Role Purpose and Impact

As the primary liaison between the hotels and government authorities, this role is crucial for maintaining legal compliance with labor laws, immigration regulations, and licensing requirements. The Cluster HR Operations Supervisor supports operational continuity and ensures efficient government services are delivered to team members and management across the cluster.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage government relations activities across multiple hotel properties within the cluster.
• Process and monitor employee documentation, including work permits, residency permits, transfers, renewals, and exit/re-entry requirements.
• Coordinate with government authorities and relevant agencies to ensure timely completion of all official transactions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration regulations, and other governmental requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of licenses, permits, employee documentation, and official correspondence.
• Monitor expiration dates and proactively manage renewals for licenses, permits, and government registrations.
• Support HR and Operations teams by providing guidance on government-related procedures and compliance matters.
• Prepare reports and documentation required by management and government entities.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate any impacts or required actions to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks related to government relations and compliance initiatives.
