About the Role

Recruit Lytixs Hires is seeking a Remote Customer Support (Arabic) Specialist to join our team. This full-time position is based remotely in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on delivering professional and timely support to Arabic-speaking customers through various communication channels.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction. The specialist will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the overall growth of the organization by providing essential support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone primarily in Arabic, and in English if required.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and operational processes.
• Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication with all customers.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving common issues effectively.
• Identify root causes of problems and guide customers through appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the relevant internal teams for resolution.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM or designated support systems.
• Track open cases and follow up to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Ensure all responses and interactions meet company quality and communication standards.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and reporting recurring issues.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated on product changes, company policies, and operational procedures.

Candidate Profile and Technical Skills

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a customer support role. Essential qualifications include strong communication skills in Arabic, excellent problem-solving ability, and keen attention to detail. Proficiency in English is also beneficial. Familiarity with email, chat tools, and CRM systems is preferred for this position.
