Role Summary: Lobby Butler

Accor is seeking a Lobby Butler - Saudi Nationals for a full-time position at Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah in Medina. This role involves providing personalized luxury service to guests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring a professional and warm experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome, assist, and bid farewell to guests with professionalism.
• Anticipate guest needs and preferences to provide proactive service.
• Deliver personalized luxury service throughout the guest's stay.
• Handle guest requests and special arrangements discreetly.
• Assist VIP guests and organize special occasions as required.
• Coordinate effectively with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
• Provide information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Address guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, confidentiality, and luxury hospitality.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 years in a relevant field.
• This position is open to Saudi Nationals.
