About the Maintenance Supervisor Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the operational effectiveness of all store devices within the Al Madinah Region, specifically in Medina. This role requires 2-5 years of experience and involves ensuring the proper functioning of essential store equipment.

Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Plan Matrix for all stores in the assigned region. This includes distributing maintenance tasks and establishing timelines to ensure all devices, such as air conditioners, electrical systems, doors, and glass, are regularly maintained.

Additionally, the role involves managing daily corrective maintenance tasks by distributing work orders to Foremen based on system requests. The supervisor will monitor the progress of these tasks, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through system reviews and job order approvals. Weekly meetings with Foremen will be conducted to review the implementation of the preventive maintenance plan.

Budget and Vendor Management

The Maintenance Supervisor will contribute to the maintenance budget by communicating branch requirements for labor, vehicles, and spare parts to the Store Maintenance Senior Manager. This ensures the availability of necessary resources for maintenance operations.

The role also includes managing the maintenance spare parts petty cash and settling accounts with the Finance Division. Furthermore, the supervisor will manage relationships with maintenance vendors and contractors to ensure services are executed according to contractual agreements. Periodic reports detailing objectives, achievements, scorecards, petty cash status, and spending against budget will be issued.

Work Environment and Schedule

This position involves a significant amount of outdoor work, with an estimated 80% of the time spent outdoors and 20% indoors. The standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a 1-hour break. The work schedule consists of 5 working days with 2 days off.
