About the Role

As a Nursing Professional in the VIP Ward at Fakeeh Care Group in Medina, you will deliver comprehensive patient care, encompassing clinical, administrative, and supportive duties. This full-time role requires a strong commitment to patient safety, continuous improvement, and adherence to high standards of care. Candidates with 0-1 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Clinical Responsibilities

Conduct initial and ongoing patient health assessments, including physical examinations, vital signs, and symptom monitoring.
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects or adverse reactions.
Provide wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and infection monitoring.
Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures and diagnostic tests.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
Observe and record patient conditions, reporting significant changes to the medical team.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
Conduct purposeful rounding to meet patient needs, prevent complications, and improve care quality.
Adhere to strict infection control standards, including hand hygiene, personal protective equipment (PPE) use, and proper handling of hazardous materials.
Participate in infection control surveillance and reporting to help prevent facility-acquired infections.
Maintain cleanliness of patient items and equipment according to Fakeeh Care policies.
Follow established protocols for different emergencies (*, codes, and RRT), ensuring patient safety and effective response.
Innovate in patient care and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Administrative and Supportive Duties

Maintain accurate and detailed patient care records, including observations, interventions, and responses.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuous and integrated patient care.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and offering reassurance during stressful times.
Advocate for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring their rights are respected and their voices are heard.
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with medical practices and advancements.
Respect diverse cultural backgrounds and incorporate patient values and beliefs into care planning.
Oversee the work of junior staff and nursing students, providing guidance and support as needed.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.
Identify and address issues or challenges in patient care, contributing to solutions and improvements in practice.
Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing manager within the scope of the job.
