About the Role

Egis is seeking a Project Manager FM to join its Advisory Service Line. This role will be instrumental in driving large-scale developments for prestigious clients across Saudi Arabia, including major giga projects and urban ventures. The Project Manager will focus on the strategic and technical aspects essential for the successful delivery of these visionary projects. The position is based in Al Madinah, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, with a full-time work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, serving as the primary client interface and managing relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Key duties include:

• Leading overall project delivery from initiation to completion.
• Developing and managing project execution plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Establishing project governance, reporting structures, communication protocols, and approval processes.
• Monitoring project performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Leading client meetings, workshops, steering committees, and executive presentations.
• Presenting project findings, recommendations, progress updates, and strategic outcomes.
• Reviewing and approving project deliverables prior to client submission.
• Ensuring contractual obligations and client expectations are met.
• Supporting business development, proposal preparation, and project growth opportunities.
• Providing strategic direction to the project team and ensuring alignment with client goals.

Financial and Commercial Management

This role involves comprehensive management of project finances and commercial aspects. Responsibilities include:

• Managing project budgets, profitability, and resource allocation.
• Overseeing the Profit and Loss (P&L) performance of projects.
• Managing project risks, issues, opportunities, and change control processes.
• Handling all commercial matters related to project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, or advisory roles.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary consulting projects.

Advantageous Certifications

Possession of one or more of the following certifications will be considered advantageous:

• PMP
• PRINCE2
• IFMA FMP/CFM
• IWFM
• ISO 41001
• ISO 55001
• Or equivalent certifications.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position located in Al Madinah, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working on significant developments within the region.
