The Role of Cafeteria Sales Associate

We are looking for a Cafeteria Sales Associate to become an integral part of our school cafeteria team. This full-time position focuses on providing efficient service and maintaining a positive experience for students and staff. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and contribute to a well-managed cafeteria environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages.
• Sell food and beverage items to students and staff members.
• Accurately operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the cafeteria area.
• Restock products and organize displays to ensure an appealing presentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety and quality procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Previous experience in cafés or food and beverage operations is preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Work Environment and Employment Type
