About the Role

Modern Mills For Food Products Co. is seeking a Salesman, Modern Trade to join their team in Medina. This full-time position is responsible for managing sales and customer relationships within the modern trade sector to achieve set volume, visibility, and revenue targets.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to effectively manage sales operations and foster strong relationships with key modern trade customers. The Salesman will focus on meeting sales objectives, enhancing product visibility, and driving revenue growth within assigned accounts.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage assigned modern trade accounts, including hypermarkets, supermarkets, and retail chains.
• Execute sales plans, promotional activities, and in-store initiatives.
• Ensure optimal product availability, accurate pricing, and prominent shelf visibility.
• Negotiate product listings, display placements, and promotional offers with store management.
• Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Coordinate effectively with merchandising and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience.
