About Hoquqi Law Firm and the Role

Hoquqi Law Firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Manager to join its team in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah (Medina), Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing all legal affairs, providing expert legal counsel, and managing the firm's legal team to ensure high standards of service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all legal affairs and provide legal advice to senior management and clients.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal memoranda, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage the team of lawyers, distribute tasks and cases, and monitor performance and work quality.
• Represent and litigate before judicial, semi-judicial, and official bodies when necessary.
• Monitor legal cases, manage potential legal risks, and implement preventive measures.
• Oversee the tracking of notifications and session dates via the Najeh platform, ensuring adherence to statutory deadlines.
• Ensure the firm's operations and its clients' activities comply with relevant local and international laws and legislation.
• Prepare periodic reports on the status of cases and legal work for submission to management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law or Regulations; a Master's degree or higher studies are preferred.
• Possession of a valid lawyer's license.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the legal field, including managerial experience within law firms or legal companies.
• Residency in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of local laws, judicial procedures, and the Najeh platform.
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written, including the ability to draft contracts and memoranda in both languages.
