About the Role

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the pre-opening team of the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea. This full-time position is critical in establishing a high-performing team that aligns with Four Seasons' service culture and brand values. The role is based in the Red Sea region, between Umluj and Al Wajh, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. This opportunity is open to local candidates only.

Four Seasons is committed to creating memorable experiences for guests, residents, and partners through a dedication to luxury and genuine service. The new Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea is situated on Shura Island, a central hub within The Red Sea destination. This destination is being developed with sustainable practices at its core, utilizing renewable energy and extensive conservation zones across 200 kilometers of coastline. The resort will feature approximately 149 rooms and suites, six dining outlets, meeting facilities, a marine discovery center, and a range of leisure amenities including a spa, tennis courts, and multiple pools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for all operational and leadership positions across the resort.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with pre-opening timelines and workforce plans.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and deliver timely, quality hires.
  • Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and offer management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, visa processes, and Four Seasons recruitment standards.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and hiring metrics.
  • Promote Four Seasons as an employer of choice through branding, job fairs, and networking initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and pre-employment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Reporting and Experience

The Talent Acquisition Manager reports directly to the Director of People & Culture. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the hospitality sector or a pre-opening environment. Demonstrated ability to manage comprehensive recruitment cycles and develop strategic hiring plans is required.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, requiring approximately 8 hours daily. Flexibility will be necessary to support operational needs during the pre-opening phase and peak recruitment periods.
