About SIHAMCO and The Role

SIHAMCO, through its premier destination The Groves, offers world-class dining, lifestyle, and entertainment experiences in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is crucial for managing recruitment activities across various business units, with a particular emphasis on hospitality, Food & Beverage (F&B), entertainment, and large-scale seasonal workforce projects.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, this position involves overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial manpower requests through to candidate onboarding. The specialist will support high-volume recruitment campaigns, international hiring initiatives, manpower planning, visa coordination, and workforce mobilization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent, temporary, contract, and seasonal positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source, screen, interview, assess, and shortlist candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  • Support large-scale recruitment campaigns for hospitality openings, events, festivals, and seasonal operations, including mass hiring events and assessment days.
  • Coordinate overseas recruitment, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies, and supporting document verification and mobilization schedules.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, employee referrals, agencies, career fairs, universities, and hospitality institutes, to build talent pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), prepare employment offers, recruitment reports, and manage recruitment dashboards.
  • Promote SIHAMCO as an employer of choice, supporting recruitment marketing and representing the company at recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain confidentiality of candidate information throughout the process.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven global experience in recruiting within luxury hospitality and F&B sectors is highly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, premium venues, entertainment destinations, and lifestyle developments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment and seasonal workforce projects.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various talent sourcing tools.
  • Ability to coordinate complex recruitment timelines and meet project mobilization deadlines.
  • Understanding of Saudi labor regulations and international recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment to support SIHAMCO's diverse business units and premier destinations.
