About the Role

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Office Agent to join its team at Fairmont The Red Sea in Tabuk, specifically serving the locations of Umluj and Tabuk. This full-time position involves being the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience throughout their stay at the luxury resort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate guest check-in and check-out processes with attention to detail and hospitality standards.
  • Manage guest reservations, including modifications and cancellations, utilizing hotel management systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide concierge services, offering recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities in the Umluj area.
  • Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately and securely.
  • Communicate effectively with guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions in a friendly and empathetic manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain the front desk area in an organized and professional manner.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing guest needs and maintaining composure during busy periods.
  • Uphold Fairmont service standards and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Problem-solving abilities and experience in conflict resolution.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and transactions.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian hospitality standards and cultural awareness is expected.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Understanding of ultra-luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
  • Experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-opening stages is essential.
  • A proactive and anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with luxury standards.
