Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to oversee the Spa operations and enhance guest experiences. This role is crucial in ensuring that our therapy team delivers outstanding service and meets high standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the therapy team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Construct a departmental training plan and facilitate career development.
  • Develop and enforce treatment standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maximize profits by driving revenues and managing costs effectively.
  • Maintain innovation and exceed guest expectations through spa experiences.
  • Direct operations with strategic planning for efficiency.
  • Promote and sell customized spa programs and promotions.

About You:
  • Tertiary education degree.
  • Recognized qualifications in the spa industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate to Advanced).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role within a 5-star spa environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
