• Monitor processing costs and yields.
• Conduct shift checks with thorough documentation.
• Ensure all food is produced within deadlines.
• Investigate variances in processing rates.
• Follow correct PLC software programs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of hygiene standards.
• Ability to inspire and lead a production team.
• Experience in using programmable logic controllers (PLC).

About the Role:
As a hostess at the Four Seasons Resort Red Sea, you will serve as the welcoming face of our dining venues. Your key responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a warm, inviting atmosphere for all visitors. You will coordinate seating arrangements and maintain smooth communication with the service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Six to twelve months of experience in restaurant or food and beverage services.
• Proficiency in operating computer equipment and familiarity with the reservations system.
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; Arabic speakers are required (locals only, as per Saudi law).
