Working closely with clinical and nursing leads, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care delivery across various specialties, including Hematology, Medical Oncology, and Cardiovascular Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies for Oncology and Cardiovascular CoE, driving operational efficiency and service improvements.
- Strategic Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MOH regulations and perform analyses to enhance patient-centered programs.
- Operational Management: Ensure excellence in cancer and cardiovascular care across all clinical settings by collaborating with top institutions.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, accounting, or a related field. An MBA, MHA, or MPH is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in a complex healthcare system, with a focus on oncology and cardiovascular care.
- Proven leadership capabilities and strong financial management skills.
