Join Accor as a Cluster Sales Manager – Leisure!As part of our exciting team at Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea, you will be instrumental in shaping our leisure business segment within the stunning Red Sea Project. This role is tailored for a professional who thrives in building and nurturing strategic partnerships with DMCs, tour operators, and travel agencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Channel Strategy & Partnership Management: Develop and execute annual account management plans for high-potential leisure accounts. Establish contracts with new qualified DMCs and tour operators.
- Rate & Inventory Management: Collaborate with Revenue Management to create promotions aligned with market demand. Manage inventory and ensure rate integrity.
- Sales & Marketing Execution: Lead engaging sales missions and familiarization trips, and collaborate with the Marketing team for effective co-op campaigns.
- Analysis, Administration & Forecasting: Analyze production trends, prepare performance reports, and provide market insights to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel/resort sales focusing on leisure.
- Proven contacts with international wholesalers and tour operators.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Competencies:Strong analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and cultural awareness are essential. You are expected to effectively handle multiple projects while ensuring organizational agility and teamwork.
