About Gold and Minerals Company (GMCO)

Gold and Minerals Company (GMCO), established in 2009, focuses on a discovery-led approach to mine development. The company has made significant discoveries, including Jabal Qutman (Gold) and Wadi Bidah (Copper-Gold VMS), which are currently undergoing feasibility assessment. GMCO manages one of the largest exploration land packages in Saudi Arabia, covering over 2,200 km2 across 29 exploration licenses, with additional licenses pending.

The Role of D365 Techno-Functional Consultant

GMCO is seeking an experienced D365 Techno-Functional Consultant to join its team in Bishah, Qal‘at Bīshah, 'Asir. This full-time role requires strong technical and functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or AX. The consultant will be instrumental in supporting the company's financial and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Configure D365 F&O Modules, including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Projects Accounting.
Work with Finance teams to understand and address reporting requirements.
Develop and enhance financial reports using tools such as MR, Power BI, Excel Add-ins, and data entities.
Lead testing cycles, conduct user training, and provide post-go-live support.
Prepare detailed documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Microsoft support as necessary.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant role.
Demonstrated technical and functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or AX.
