Join Gold and Minerals Ltd as a GL Accountant, a vital position where you will contribute to maintaining accurate general ledger records and support financial reporting processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who possesses solid analytical skills and understands accounting principles and internal controls.

Gold and Minerals Ltd, established in 2009, focuses on a discovery-led approach to mine development. With significant discoveries in gold and copper-gold deposits, and access to a large exploration land package in Saudi Arabia, GMCO is at the forefront of mining exploration in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate general ledger records.
  • Ensure timely month-end close.
  • Support financial reporting processes.
  • Perform journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Educational Qualifications
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with relevant professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA.

Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in General Ledger accounting or financial reporting.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
  • Accounting experience within the mining, construction, or costing industries is preferred.

As a Warehouse Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, managing inventory, overseeing daily activities, and maintaining accuracy, safety, and organization within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch, ensuring proper handling and storage of materials.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts and audits, and monitor stock levels, reporting shortages or excess.
  • Systems & Documentation: Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in the ERP system, maintaining proper documentation for all warehouse activities.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor team productivity to ensure adherence to procedures.
  • Issue Handling & Reporting: Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and report operational issues proactively to management.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
  • Experience using ERP systems or inventory software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle physical tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in supervising teams.
  • Background in industrial or mining environments.

  • إدارة الرواتب، المصروفات، والعهد المالية.
  • مراجعة العقود والفواتير لضمان الامتثال الضريبي.
  • اكتشاف الأخطاء المالية ووضع حلول وقائية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المحاسبة داخل المملكة.
  • معرفة متقدمة بأنظمة الزكاة والضريبة (VAT & ZATCA).
  • إتقان استخدام البرامج المحاسبية (مثل SAP، Odoo، أو غيرها).
  • مهارات تحليلية عالية ودقة في العمل.
  • قدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل واتخاذ قرارات مالية ذكية.
