About the Role

Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea, situated within the Kingdom's Red Sea Project, is seeking a Cluster Director People & Culture. This full-time position, exclusive to Saudi Nationals, will oversee talent and culture initiatives for the Raffles and Fairmont properties in the Tabuk region, specifically in Umluj and Tabuk. The role reports to the General Manager and requires 5-10 years of experience.

Context of the Properties

Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea will offer a nature-focused resort experience with 361 rooms, eleven distinct dining concepts, and a spa. The properties are located adjacent to an 18-hole championship golf course and are part of a development focused on sustainable practices along 200km of coastline, an archipelago of over 90 islands, dormant volcanoes, rich marine habitats, and ancient archaeological sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the Cluster Talent & Culture Departments.
• Manage the performance and development of the Cluster Talent & Culture team.
• Implement the hotel's Cluster Talent & Culture strategy, assessing organizational needs and developing aligned human resource solutions.
• Manage all talent systems and provide support and training to T&C and operational teams.
• Support and collaborate with regional Accor functional roles.
• Attract and retain talent, managing the onboarding process for new employees.
• Promote positive colleague relations through open communication and a supportive work environment.
• Assist leaders in developing action plans for colleague feedback.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, recognition, and administration programs.
• Implement strategies to enhance colleague wellness.
• Effectively manage the annual Talent & Culture budget, balancing operational, administrative, and colleague needs.
• Ensure adherence to departmental policies, procedures, and all safety policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Local knowledge and experience in Saudi employment legislation, regulations, and government platforms.
• Proven experience in a senior Talent & Culture role, ideally within the luxury hospitality industry, with multi-property operations.
• Pre-opening experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of T&C strategies, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and wellness programs.
• Ability to develop and implement effective T&C solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Strong budget management skills.
